Mieli bendruomenės nariai,

Džiaugiamės galėdami pranešti, kad rugsėjo 29–30 dienomis į Kalgary atvyksta Lietuvos televizijos laidos „Duokim garo“ kūrybinė komanda. Laidos prodiuseriai planuoja parengti reportažą apie mūsų bendruomenės gyvenimą, veiklą ir pristatyti vietinę kultūrą Lietuvos žiūrovams.

Norime, kad šiame reportaže mūsų bendruomenė pasirodytų gyvai, spalvingai ir vieningai! Todėl kviečiame visus bendruomenės narius prisijungti prie line dancing šokio, kurį turėsime išmokti visi kartu.

Repeticijos vyks:

• Sekmadienį, rugsėjo 14 d. 17:00 val. lauke prie Southwood Community Centre (adresas 11 Sackville Dr. SW)

• Šeštadienį, rugsėjo 20 d. 12:00 val. Southwood Community Centre salėje, įėjimas iš dešinės pusės (adresas 11 Sackville Dr. SW)

Filmavimas vyks:

• Pirmadienį, rugsėjo 29 d. 19:30 val. Southwood Community Centre salėje

Dear community members,

We are delighted to announce that on September 29–30, the creative team of the Lithuanian television show “Duokim garo” will be arriving in Calgary. The producers of the show plan to prepare a feature about our community’s life, activities, and to present the local culture to viewers in Lithuania.

We want our community to appear lively, colorful, and united in this feature! Therefore, we invite all community members to join a line dancing performance, which we will learn together.

Rehearsals will take place:

• Sunday, September 14 at 5:00 PM outdoors at Southwood Community Centre (11 Sackville Dr. SW)

• Saturday, September 20 at 12:00 PM inside the Southwood Community Centre hall, entrance on the right side (11 Sackville Dr. SW)

Filming will take place:

• Monday, September 29 at 7:30 PM in the Southwood Community Centre hall

Let us seize this chance to beautifully present the Calgary Lithuanian community to the whole of Lithuania through the LRT screens!

We invite everyone to join – whether you already dance or are just curious to learn. If possible, please attend at least one rehearsal. The most important things are a good mood and togetherness! ✨❤️
